Banana yogurt ice cream

Hello dear!

Yesterday I made this lovely banana yogurt bowl for breakfast, and I am sharing the recipe here with you because it is amazing! I love eating a lot of fruit in the morning, and this is one of my favourite ways to eat it!

I wanted to give it a twist with yogurt because I have this crazy yogurt craving recently. The process is pretty much the same as you would do a regular nana cream. It literally takes 5 minutes to make this.



So here is the recipe!

For one serving:

  • one medium sized ripe banana
  • 125 grams of yogurt (go for thicker one, otherwise it will all look more like a smoothie)
  • tablespoon of chia seeds



Cut the banana in small pieces and let it stay in the freezer for a night. If you have a very good blender, you can just throw frozen banana in directly from the freezer, but if you don’t, let it stay on room temperature for a while to soften otherwise it will take a lot of patience to blend it properly. I mixed yogurt and banana with chia seeds until I got desired texture, and just topped it with blueberries, kiwi and some goji berries. The recipe will be super good without chia seeds as well, I just added them because I love using them daily.
